The f-stop can be adjusted steplessly from 3.1 to 22 and the focus is adjusted softly and runs smoothly. That way a tracking of the focus when filming is possible. The aperture ring and the focus ring come with a tooth ring and are therefore optimized for use with follow focus systems. For better readability the distance and f-stop scale are displayed sideways. Unique perspectives With the compact 14mm wide angle lens by walimex pro you can create unique shots. The wide angle reduces the image scale as compared to tele lenses at the same distance from the motif so that the rendering of a larger area is possible. The walimex pro lens is well-suited for the entire spectrum of wide angle pictures especially landscape photos and videos and shots in interior rooms. The pronounced depth perception of wide angle shots provides space for creative use. With a minimum focusing distance of only 28cm the lens which is focused manually is particularly well-suited for sharp high-contrast filming from a short distance.
